I don't know if this is some trick that ASIO4ALL is doing to force some kind of WaveRT/WASAPI exclusive mode or a limitation of the kX driver when running under Win7/Vista. Using the auxiliary busses on the Cubasis software, you could route the outputs of those channels to the Audigy 2 effects path. I2S / WaveHQ IN (24/96) is the one that's broken.
