Using Dapper, in order to get this card to work, I had to do the following: cd /etc/modprobe.d echo "options cx88xx card=4 tuner=44" > cx88xx modprobe -r cx8800 modprobe cx8800 This Who is responsible for the drivers anyway? Having trouble installing a piece of hardware? I suspect it is a tv wonder pci card.
