CATV systems do not handle these high temps or temp swings such as we see very well. This card worked flawlessly in XP. So I'm now either stuck with a useless tuner or need to buy a new tuner from AMD. Any one else out there, give us a shout. (My old TV Wonder loaded on XP AND VISTA, can kick myself for "upgrading" to the anywhere, anytime pitch for the usb
